I was looking at difference RE associations and was talking to another broker about the pros/cons of NAR/CAR membership. One thing they mentioned was that all they really wanted was access to the real estate forms (WinForms).

Is it possible to get access to WinForms without being a designated Realtor? If not, are there viable substitutes for such forms?

You can buy a subscription to WinForms, but it is like $495 or something a year if you are not a Realtor. If you are a Realtor though it comes as part of the package, which is well worth the price of admission. You can usually buy the hard-copy forms that are the same CAR forms as WinForms uses from your local association.

Heh, at that price might as well join NAR/CAR. Thanks!
