I have a property maintenance company in Southwest Florida and just recieved a vendor packet from a national who is requiring pre-bidding of all work. They are asking to enter into a contractual agreement to provide all services at a pre determined price. To me this makes no sense as I have walked into some that only needed the floors swept and others you couldnt get through. Just wondered if anyone else has seen this. I have mostly worked on my own but the nationals are covering all most all of the work. I would appreciate any input.
We cover Sarasota, Charlotte and Lee Counties in Florida.
