Like many of you, I am working to expand and streamlining my operation. I would like to learn what invoice management software... is working for you... to manage your sub contractors?
My personal wish list would be; an online software program allowing multiple logins (for vendors) to update job completion status and add comments. Ability for my staff to mark invoices as paid or incomplete, and the ability to send urgent email messages for followup concerns. Please post your favorite software or share your needs...

I just spoke with Larry Duffin at TazaREO and this software looks very good. They already have some national Property Preservation companies using the software. He has offered to put on a Webinar for forum members 12-11-2008 (Thursday at 9:00 PST), to demo the online software.
There is a setup fee and monthly fee involved, but for anyone handling more then 15 REOs or plan on grow in 2009, the usage of this software could warrant the costs involved.
He is limited to 15 people on the Webinar, so the first 15 to send Larry an email message <larry.duffin@tazacorp.com> will get signed up for the Webinar. I am also going to post this on the BPO, REO, Foreclosures forum.
I will post more about this software in my next post.

TazaREO offers (per my understanding)...
- Easy add new property (only 4 fields required) - Setup tasks - Setup vendor tasks with email notices and tracking - Share file folders (upload and local file access) - Photo file re-sizing - Expense tracking - Send-receive emails - Allow remote vendors to upload photos and files into drop folders (within each property profile) with no login required.
And, a lot more... I suggest you sign up for the Webinar, if your interested in learning more.

The TazaREO Webinar today was very informative!! This is a great piece of software. http://tazademo.com/FAQ.aspxLarry and TazaREO says.... any addition interested Agents can request a one-on-one Webinar, by emailing him at "Larry Duffin" <larry.duffin@tazacorp.com> Note, importing your existing REO data is as simple as copy-pasting your data into a supplied Excel Spreadsheet, they provide, which is then imported into this very dynamic software application.

How much is anyone paying for TazaREO? I went to their site and they only say they price invidually on a case by case basis? Is the price based upon how many properties you can manage at one time?
Thanks, Bruce

I use quick books for my REO accounting, and WinREO (www.WinREO.net) for managing the endless REO tasks my team is handling.

TazaREO is, by far, the best online software that I have used. It can be totally customized for preservation, invoicing, transactions, listings, offers, client db, etc. So many features. Great, personal tech support teams who understand how REO is handled which is pertinent to designing an efficient program for you. Will require some dedication from you to put your initial data into the system (they can also provide the service) as well as a "trial & error" period (the first couple months) while you and your staff learn the interface and provide the necessary feedback during the construction and design of your system. Highly recommended.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
