Does anyone do their own preservation work on Ocwen properties and get paid for it? Someone told me you can do it if you disclose it to them. Sometimes, I would be willing to do the work, but only if they allow it.

I have done simple things, lock change ,resecuring or winterizing but only after the AM gave me the ok.

I know of a few people who have done preservation work.
