JanVanderman Junior Member Registered: 11/29/08 Posts: 3 Loc: Los Angeles	Hello there everybody. I am a relative novice at real estate. I currently live in my first home of 3 years. But I know an opportunity when I see it. The market is bottoming out and I am looking to invest in some income property when it does. So right now I have my ear to the ground for when the right time to buy is. I don't think it's now, but soon.

With mortgage rates this low its a no-brainer. Even if they were to go down 10% more if interest rates rise 1% its a wash. Just something to think about. _________________________ Joseph J.
