Got on auto-assign w/farvv about 10 a.m. and my partner wondered "how long" till I'd get an auto-assignment. Hmmm, about 5 p.m. All of 6 hours! Well, they can keep 'em comin'!

So I think the question should be why all of a sudden the bum rush of orders in the last few days? And by a slew of companies.

Anybody?

I think it's from the news that the government is not going to buy their toxic loans. We've been slammed all week. I'm working an all nighter.

I can't speak for the group. but, my fanny is dragin'...what a flood of orders.....they're all completed. I will never complain to the BPO god again about the lack of work.

I had an order that I worked on today that took forever to comp....it was killing me......I kept putting in on the back burner and worked on others.....finally, I had no choice but to meet it head on....finally got it done with a lot of blood, sweat, and tears....flat wore me out.....took a break....had one due tomorrow and decided to start it before I head to bed.
It don't get no better than this one...all sale and listing comps were a model match......I went from the longest (in time) BPO to the shortest one. I set two records for myself in the same day.....lol.

Tomorrow's a new week....hope all of you get a ton of orders.

The dyke broke for me too, this month, after a light October. I'm on pace for a record breaking month. I don't think I've ever had so many orders for oddball properties that required tons of research. Today is no exception, as I have two orders for a resort community where the local realtors don't believe in MLS, and the research will be difficult, and the results less stellar than I prefer. And a snow storm is predicted! So I need to head out early to try to beat the storm.

How many orders on average can you guys handle? I find it hard to do more than 5 a day, but it seems like you all can crank out 20-30. How do you do it?

LOL.

Find me someone on here doing 20-30 orders a day and I'll give you a gold star. Many of us have days where we do 12-15, but I don't think anyone is really doing that every day - at least not without a lot of help.

If you go back about 6-12 months you will find a lot of threads about this - I don't think there is any reason to revisit the topic, really. Search and read what is already here.

Got it. I've been reading a ton, thus the question. I have read the tips and tricks which are very helpful. I have just been blown away by some of the recent threads where it seriously sounds like 15-20 plus is common.

I'll keep reading. You guys are awesome.

You can pull in that many in a day, hard to push that many out in a day - especially on a regular basis

The most I have ever done was 20 in one day, that was brutal, I can comfortably do 15 and no more than that in one day.

I have stated it before - I am impressed with those of you that can perform so man accurate BPO in a day.

One side (vanity's home)of me wants/needs to limit everyone by my abilities and consciousness - while the more analytical side accepts the effectiveness of your planning, neighborhoods, systems and abilities and accepts it.

My tops would be probably 10 right now - I don't want to do more then that ever - I would rather take the business in other directions.

Congrats to you speed demons - you set the bar high wink
