Anyone have an idea on who I can go to for a second on a non owner occ 4 unit in San Francisco? Excellent credit, full doc, really don't want to take this guy hard money, but am not finding anyone to help. I'm thinking it needs to be a regional bank or credit union, any leads would be appreciated.

We dont have enough info for advice. what is current appraisal and what will loan/value be after new mortgage. Do you have sufficient income to support debts/mortgages. It will probably be easier to refi whole deal with cash out than to get a stand alone 2nd
