RealBoots Member Registered: 01/26/08 Posts: 119 Loc: Wild or not Wild ,East or West...	Because ,most of the bank owned homes need repairs or utilities are off or asset manager do not like VA,FHA and that way is very hard to get that type of financing going in these situations.
