I'm receiving a number of emails from UnitedREO to join their team/organization, but although they seem to be a large asset management link, I'm hesitant to pay the fee. Can anyone give me feedback on them?

As for the Los Angeles market, they are worthless. I paid the $400 initial fee and paid the monthly $27 fee for about nine months. I cancelled them about two months ago and they are still charging my credit card.
They might be ok for some other part of the country but not in L.A. I was one of the first in the L.A. area to join and they gave the spiel "oh we are limited the number of agents in each territory. Then three or four months into, I see the names of other reo brokers who have way more listings than me. I still stayed with them.
I have not gotten one bpo, one phone call, or one listing from UnitedReo, I tell anybody who will listen that they did not work for me.

I too receive their e-mails all the time but never have inquired with them because it seems that they solicite for brokers like they are spam.

They used to send me 3-5 emails a week. After I emailed them back a couple months ago stating that as a company practice we only pay fee's on closed deals, the emails stopped..........lol They have 2-3 agents in my area signed up with about 20 listings total.

In L.A. County, for me they were a waste of time and money. They did conduct that I considered "slimeball."

Nothing....ever I am one of 2 in my area that got sucked in long ago. The thing that aggravates me the most is the emails, every day stating we have 1000's of unassigned orders just sitting. Bull! Hello dont they realize how foolish they look sending the same email out every week stating the same exact thing. If they are going to lie they could at least put some effort into changing the wording once in a while.
