Okay, I just got off the phone with Anthony and he confirmed that the fee for REOHQ is only $895 per year. No limit to the number of properties. Contact him directly if interested because I guess salesforce.com will give different information if yo call them. He is going to update his web page.

So far I am *very* impressed with the product and his support. There is definitely some setup time, but it comes with a lot of templates, etc. already loaded.

Call or email Anthony for a free trial. Please tell him that Carrie referred you.

Taza charges a hefty setup fee... has anyone had any success in getting it waived?

The set up fee is $699. That's why we're waiting a bit or we may go with REOMaestro. We weren't aware of the fee either until we went to sign up.

I just spoke with them and they are having a sale at $299 for setup. I'm on Maestro and thinking of switching over because of the central data storage that Maestro is lacking (Although they have a solution with Web Drive). One thing a Maestro employee stated when I asked about Taza is that once you close a property, it's out of the system and they send you a disk. So not searching or going back over closed files for notes etc. I'm not fond of that idea because we use the note section to track progress with escrows etc and sometimes have to go back. They quoted me $399/mo for 50-150 properties which is where I am. That's a bit more than Maestro which is running me about $250 right now.

I am considering joining Taza REO. They just lowered their prices so it is a bit more attractive now. Does anyone have any pros/cons about them? I currently have a total of about 75 prelist, listings and pendings. I have to get a better system. Anyone have any suggestions? I have a lot of assistants but I am hoping that I can save some money with a good system like Taza etc and be more efficient and not have to have so many assistants.
Thank you for the info!

I agree with Delicious Cake and RecoveringREAgnt. TazaREO looks very good.

http://tazademo.com/FAQ.aspx

I just spoke with Larry Duffin at TazaREO. They already have some national companies using the software. He has offered to put on a Webinar for forum members 12-11-2008 (Thursday at 9:00 PST), to demo the online software.

There is a setup fee and monthly fee involved, but for anyone handling more then 15 REOs or plan on grow in 2009, the usage of this software could warrant the costs involved. I did not hear of any trail software version.

He is limited to 15 people on the Webinar, so the first 15 to send Larry an email message <larry.duffin@tazacorp.com> will get signed up for the Webinar.

TazaREO offers (per my understanding)...

- Easy add new property (only 4 fields required)
- Setup tasks
- Setup vendor tasks with email notices and tracking
- Share file folders (upload and local file access)
- Photo file re-sizing
- Expense tracking
- Send-receive emails
- Allow remote vendors to upload photos and files into drop folders (within each property profile) with no login required.

And, a lot more... I suggest you sign up for the Webinar, if your interested in learning more.
