Fannie Mae is blind type company ,no wonder they have problems and were on verge of bankruptcy!
Just take a look at deciding and dropping RESNET and taking this Equator (piece of junk system).
Makes me cry!

The nationals are scraping the bottom of the barrel,, you will be lucky to break even at 30 dollars a cut:
1-2 hours, 10.00 gas for travel, equip maintanance (reo properties KILL equipment!), lic, insurance.

No way you will even break even, Our min charge is 75.00 a recut.

Don't know if this is the right place to ask this question but can't find the button to start a new topic ...I am one of the 1,000's o unpaid or underpaid contractors to a vendor for safeguard who has had invoicing go unpaid completely, invoicing changed, and invoicing short funded. I am preparing to file mechanics liens against all of the properties where money is still owed ...does anyone have any experience with this either good or bad ??

That's good to know. I received an email from Safeguard a couple weeks ago looking for me to refer contractors to them. There's a guy I've used a number of times over the years, great guy and a heck of a hard worker, that I would love to refer so that he got regular business, but I was very hesitant to do so because I don't want him to get screwed.
