Welcome aboard LadyBird, and Congratualtions on being paid. If you haven't noticed, people have vented here regarding the evil one using many references:
eval evil evil soul evalonline Evaluation solutions and other less pleasant names.
You probably don't have the stomach or the time to read them all; but doing so will verify that you must have done something good in a prior life to have met with such success this early on; and not gotten to the point where the TAB controls you !

I just received an email from them for an exterior rush due tomorrow paying $50. Just for the hell of it, I looked up the property and it isn't even a SFR. It's a huge apartment complex assessed at over $5MM. They asked me to go and take some pics of the property for free and email it to them. What a joke.

they called me today and asked if i can do a bpo for them. Thats it, just can you do a bpo. I said sure, but you kinda have to tell me when and where, and how much? Must have been a newbie, the old workers are getting tired of being told no by agents who have not been paid in 5 months... It was 74 miles away, so i had to pass. They used to just send out e-mail blasts, but i guess no one answers them anymore...

I don't like the way they disguise their emails so you can't tell who's sending it. You actually have to search the email properties to see the @evalonline.com to tell its from them.

I almost don't want to throw this out there BUT I just received payment from them for a job done September 19, I hadn't even thought of making a phone call or email yet! BIG SURPRISE,could things be changing?? When I originally took the order, the rep said, you won't have to go thru all that stuff this time just keep my email with the order. Granted it is almost 60 days out, but I didn't make the call or the email, and it's here!

I never lost track of how many orders I had done for them. I just figured I wouldn't start complaining to them until I hit net 90. Another company I do most of my work through is on net 90 and I know they're good for it. I started doing work for both at about the same time so I figured I wouldn't start complaining unless I started receiving checks from the other company first.
Anyways, their system is kind of messed up. The "processors" can be a bit shady, but if you can get in good with them and jump through a few of their hurdles in the beginning, it becomes a steady flow of work and a nice source of income. I do take on some ridiculous rushes for them, but I find that they're willing to extend other deadlines also for me. I do about 30 with them a week and the 6 or 7 processors who do give me work will actually set aside a bunch for me at a time. I get drops of about 10-20 two times a week. It works out nice.

This is the way I see it with EVIL.......if you don't have other work to do, do it and keep on top of it. I have been paid for every order...maybe not as quickly as some but I have been paid. If you have other work, decline and move on! this thread is sooooooooooothin! It's almost like Protek.....some companies pay 60 days out. That's it. If you take those jobs, you wait, keep meticulous records. same with EVIL! If you are not getting paid at all after 60 days, you don't email the president and don't call, why do you keep taking the orders. GEEZ this like high school math folks! the standard seems to be RUSH order promise to pay (PTP) $50.......if you don't get paid, aren't willing to follow thru, don't take the next order and close the books! I can't believe I said that! I must think I've moved up on the food chain.......trust me, that's not the case I just keep on plugging along!!

Char, I only take them when the are close by and I will always ask for at least $5 to $10 more for each order. It always takes a long time 60-90 days to get paid, but I have always been paid. And if you do the math $5-10 more for each order is great interest.
I do not care for the Eval rush orders though and I will always ask for more time if possible.

Anyone have anything good to say about this company. They have sent me several orders, but none of them are even existing properties.

They have a problem with addresses . . . . the Asset probably exists at that Number and on that Street; just not in that Town. I find that a lot of the Mortgagors have the Banks thinking the Asset is in a near by Town where they have a Post Office Box, and not where the property is actually located . . . . a little bit like Cat & Mouse !
I still charge an extra $25.00 for bad addresses; and I don't show my cards regarding where it is REALLY located until I have agreement on that revised Fee.

I have emailed and called in regards to 1 order at least 10 times. They had me send pictures of the street sign, existing building, and address verification. It is still in my que as late and I have been paid nothing so far.
I don't think I should hold my breath on getting paid on the work I have done.

Why do they hold their orders so long. Everytime they call they need it back that day or the next.
