Just got an email from NVS to sign up with them, any feedback would be appreciated.

I did a search and the only thing that came up was about their forms.

Email also states that if you are signed up already with them to fill out the application and they will change you from 60-90 day pay to twice a month pay.

i like them , pay is not as much as i like , but the forms are real easy , 20 mins....i tell them to call or email me orders, but they keep faxing them, so sometimes i'll get to the office , and there will be a fax there from 2 days ago or something....anyway, yes i'd sign up...yes they do pay, and quick..

sybadon, thank you for your prompt response. Fortunately I get my faxes via email, so hopefully no issue there. Happy to have a company find me for change.

Bump...anyone do orders for them? I got three land bpo out in a rural area. Lots aren't marked and don't know what to do! Already have time vested in this. Any suggestions?

Do you have a plat map? Are the lots in an area with utilities already tied in? Often I have to calculate the distance to the lot from an intersection of lot with a house on it nearby. Or if the lots are metered, sometimes the meter/box will have the lot number on it

If this is Nations Valuation, you need your Vendor ID PLUS an active Work Order # to prowl around on their WebSite.

Once the Assignment is completed, there is no need to be there.

Just got my first assignment from them, glad to hear they pay and fairly promptly.

just did my first order for them; have never been asked to present my comps in order of most like to list like..ordered my photos differently and then didn't know how to change it. Pretty simple forms all in all.

That is probably the best way to handle all bpo/cma - that is how we always created an appraisal as well. Wish all forms had a drag and drop so we could move the entire comp around.

Love them, would gladly work for them every day of the week.
