Anyone else slow? I'm wondering what sidelines or part time businesses others are doing? I'm an appraiser and broker and usually I'm a full time appraiser who shifts gears to flipping when the market is good. Now I'm a 3/4 time appraiser with a lot of idle time because I'm not buying until the dust settles.

I started a pretty successful side business here in Cleveland OH. buying and selling manufactured homes as investments, (Lonnie deal). Ran out of money, and then started offering the same deal to other investors. I do all the work, they get the returns, i charge them a "Fee for service."

It has been my full time thing now for over 2 years. Recently, we put together a complete system for recreating my business in other parts of the country. We held a special class for real estate agents and real estate entrepreneurs. The tele-class was great and we've had a number of agents sign up and i've gotten a ton of positive feedback on it.
