Where do i get all the necessary information to understand my market better? im in NYC and need info on recent sale prices (high medium low), what each rents at, how long on avg they are on market. NYC is so complicated and so diverse, in every way, price range etc...who has this information...any help would be great...and does anyone know is there a "right of redemption" in NYC... thanks JB

You can pull the records yourself although you could spend days what they can do in about 30 minutes.

They usually will give to you free of charge hoping for potential business.
