Greetings, all! I have been reading these boards for quite awhile...and I have a question for you all. I was in New Home sales in Orlando (Lennar Homes, for those that know the area) before relocating to Los Angeles earlier this year. Now, I know the market in both locations (FL and CA) are soooo not great, BUT I am a positive person and know the tide will turn. My question is, I am considering a move BACK to Orlando and am not sure that is a great idea. If you are familiar with either (or both) markets...what do you think? Granted, I have a decade of experience and knowledge in Orlando, but I am not sure I want to return to that place. I might be selling myself short here in LA before even really trying. Any thoughts??? My apologies if this was hard to follow...its Sunday night and my brain is mush! Thanks all...your advice and vast knowledge is greatly appreciated!!!

The Orlando market is not a bad choice. Mickey mouse and tons of investors looking to cash it on the slump.

Thanks for the support, gang I am currently leaning more along the Orlando side of this decision. I am having a real hard time giving up my knowledge and experience to go to the unknown and risky. Life is FULL of these though choices...just usually, they are made by other people and mine are all fairly simple! lol Keep the ideas and comments coming

REO...very funny. Hope your wife knows your intentions I honestly would much rather be in Cali...the pool of clients is like night and day from Orlando. One one hand, you have a plethora of intelligent, educated, successful industry-types and their cohorts...or you have Theme Park employees who cannot afford their car payment, nevermind a whole house! In the long term, I believe LA would offer a more solid base and eventually, a much more successful business. Decisions, decisions...
