Does anyone know how I can take a list of email addresses on a word document and easily export them to my windows mail address book for Vista?

Right now I am individually take each one and inputting into my contact list, and I have about 3000 of these to do.

Before you do this you should make sure your address book allows you to import files.

The short answer is to put the information in Word into columns with tabs between each column; open the file in Excel and export a tab delimited file. Then import this file into your address book.

If you have spaces between the various fields you can sometimes do a search for the spaces and replace with a tab.
