what is the Preson's Affidavit?????

oh, the affidavits I had notarized.

agent signs the affidavit, and has it notarized according to your state laws still no response from them, i have requested status twice in the past 3 weeks or so.

okay so yesterday i got a letter from FP by email, they needed me to add 2 more words to my liability insurace (and clients), so i suppose that has been the hold up. 4 weeks to hear this, i immediately followed through on the change and emailed it back. I will be patient to see if i finally get an approval and listings.

Finally got approved today. Is anyone getting any listings?

I got my approval, got my log-ins, get updates, havent gotten any listings yet....

Same here, I'm all set up in their system, getting their emails, not getting their listings. HMMMMM...

Oddly - when checking their site I do not find any listings for my county and the counties that surround mine. (nearly 4,000 in NC though)

We typically do not have a great deal of REO but there are some and the Fayetteville area is usually the hot spot in NC for REO, but mostly VA - and I cannot seem to be able to break into that at all.

Would FP be worth the effort considering this?

Today I received an e-mail to complete a drive by bpo for them. Within five minutes they sent over CFK agreements and explained how they wanted them delivered, etc. There isn't a listing agreement in their portal. Anyone working with FP have this happen? Is this only a BPO and CFK or is this how they handle their listings? First experience with them. Anyone have information on how they assign listings? Please advise or PM. Thanks.

ookaaaayyy....so it's been awhile, and still no action for FP. I have phoned them, they have requested that I send an email to a certain AM, I sent it twice this month....hmmmm no action, nada. Anyone getting orders?

I signed up with them about 6 months ago. I called a few weeks ago to folow up and they said they were missing things out of my packet. They emailed them to me i sent them back the following day and have not heard anything. They told me they were going to start getting a lot of properties in California. Does anybody have any listings from them in California?

I too signed up back in July and paid the additional $550 for subrogation insurance but haven't heard word one since. i'm in Northern California. We also have the new SB 1137 out here in California that requires banks to contact the borrower several times before filing a NOD. That coupled with the bailout and who knows what's really going on. i think it's just all prolonging the inevitable! if someone was approved by first preston and recvd an assignment could you let me know?
