A Fannie in prelist with me (my 1st). Occupancy check says if vacant or not to take a picture of the front with the Fannie Mae door hanger. I don't have one. The place is vacant and I put a contact notice on the door, but what's with this door hanger? Where's the Fannie store? I want to buy a hat, too! laugh

Seriously, does anyone have some info?

Ask your AM for one. It's a notice that gets put on the door. It basically says (in English and Spanish) that the party below (you) was hired to determine occupancy, and that if anybody lives at the property they should call you.

They used to provide them printed on yellow card stock already die cut ready to staple your card to and hang on the door. Last time I asked no one there seemed to know how or where to get them but their documents provide a master if you want to copy it and do your own cutting.

Fannie docs? Would they be in the MultiForm software I've not bought yet?

DueDiligence(or anyone else who may need it) I got the template (word doc) from my asset manager yesterday. PM me if you haven't gotten one yet and still need it.

Thanks for the suggesting NorthTX. :-)

Thanks to everyone!

It's in the $$$ MultiForms thingy. Not very impressive, though. I had hoped for color and other neat stuff. And it's not even a door hanger. Just a boring notice. But at least I'm compliant!

I have the full version of Multiforms but don't find the door hanger. The template, same as the word document offered by colemacj, I have from the broker manual.

If you're assigned a FNMA listing, it will come over as an attachment to the email assigning the listing. If you don't have it, ask your AM.
