Has anyone been contacted by this company requesting free CMAs with the possibility of future listings?

Went to their site - interesting.

I'm not sure everyone will be jumping on the wagon though.

As mentioned here if you get paid nothing then who cares about posting information.

Click here and go to "Know What It’s Worth - September, 2008", I bet everyone will lined up around the corner.

Business wise - it is an interesting concept and don't doubt it will succeed if they can stay funded and collect. That would make them a wait and see in my eyes.

Anyone out there on the left coast deal with them yet?

They contacted me. I had to go to the area where the property they wanted to purchase was in so I took a few pictures and let them know the occupancy.

Later they called and wanted to know if I could try to gain entry into the property. I said nope, not for free.

I checked them out on-line and from what I read they were known for bad business.

I'm interested in knowing if someone had positive outcomes with them too.

Was Contacted by them from doing a BPO for CC, they called maybe a month later for an update, I thought good tatic for getting updated free BPO, but they never asked for a free new BPO, just what was going on with the Active Comps I provided on the previous BPO. Was not that much effort, I am watching the foreclosure for that property to see if they will assign to me or if it was a waste of time. They also asked me to go by a different property to get occupancy info, for no fee but could get listing down the line. Lastly tried to get an offer on a property they aquired in a bulk sale, offered 7% to us for a buyer to take the note. Nothing solid as of yet.

Go Sox is right - heck I'm for all the good teams smile

I didn't mean they asked me for a free anything - I posted a link and instructions so everyone that doesn't already know about them can learn more - Similar to Jim Cramer ~ I KNOW NOTHING ~ about them

i was contacted by them today to do a free bpo, but I declined since it was too far. I don't think they will turn around and list it with me.

I've completed three for them about 10 days ago and got request for 3 more over the weekend. AM said they expanded the pool from 700 to 1400 loans and bids were pushed to the end of the month.
Keeping my fingers crossed. Will post update later

when i said no, the kondaur guy e-mailed me back, to make sure i am passing on this "great opportunity with them" Any other company that I have declined just lets it go, and on to the next guy. They sound fishy to me.

I work with Kondaur in 4 counties in SO CAL. They have listed and sold several properties with my firm. I have dealt with REO properties for 15 years and it sounds like most of you have not nor do you understand how that portion of our industry works. Companies like this this are a great opportunity, especially in tough times riddled with short sales and foreclosures. It takes hard work and some time to get through the entire process but in the end its worth it.

GO ANGELS!!!!!!

Sounds like we have the KCC CEO with us - welcome and please explain what we have misunderstood KCC. I am always willing to learn and I have only a wait and see on KCC. Please expand your thoughts and knowledge on KCC.

Listen to Johnny boy over here. 4 Counties? That's a 200 mile radius, for several properties with your firm?
Please but down the bottle of hooch!
Johnny Walker Blue Label?, more like Jim Beam.

grab a map of california, look for Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. I have multiple offices. My thought? Ask for refferals if you doubt your dealings with a company.

As far as the learning curve with REO properties...google it or consult with experienced REO agents.

Good luck.
