I have been lurking these forums for quite a while, and finally decided to sign up. This website has an incredible source of information, simply amazing.

My background, I have worked for an agent in Ohio who specializes in doing BPOs and listing REO properties. I currently assist him now on a part time basis as I just recently moved back to Huntsville.

I am planning on obtaining my realtor license here in Alabama so that I can continue working in real estate and utilize my previous experience.
