Hello Everyone!

I'm new to the group and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Ingrid and I'm from Pennsylvania. I'm a Loan Officer with a small company called [url=http://www.maxcapital100.com]Max Capital, LLC[/url] based out of the Lehigh Valley. I started with them a month ago. I have experience in the real estate industry, went to R.E. school and I'm only one test away from getting my R.E. license. My goal is real estate invesment properties, so I decided to start with the financial part of it. Eventhough we are going through tough financial times, I'm taking this opportunity to learn more about the industry and be ready for when it turns for the better.

I'm also a marketing, graphic and website designer, [url=http://www.alcoconsultants.com]Alco Consultants, LLC[/url], started that business in 2003. I've done projects for various small business owners including clients within the real estate and finance industry.
