I've been reading about and studying real estate investing for years now. I've been interested in sub2 deals and I understand how they work. Tomorrow I'm expecting a course that I bought that supposedly goes very much into detail about the subject.

Any of you investors doing sub2 deals on a regular basis? How was it first starting out?

I think Alvin is doing a bunch of those or was doing them but not sure. Me I like plain old vanilla. I buy low,rehab and fix up,and sell high.

Every 1 to 2 months making about 25 to 50k depending on the deal.When the right deal comes along you have to pounce on it.

Work hard and save your money or find a cash partner to split deals with.

Thanks super. That's actually something I want to do as well. I finally have a decent paying job and I've got my credit score way up from what it used to be. I'm actually looking for my very first investment house now to be a fixer upper that I can live in for 2 years and renovate while I'm living in it. Then the plan will be to sell in 2 years for the tax free profits.
