You're taking on a massive project. Have you explored any options that are already in existence such as salesforce.com?

Salesforce is an extremely flexible program, and will cost you FAR less than if you build your own solution.

What part of managing an office are you refering to. Is it managing the saleforce, the contacts, finances etc.?

besmile4ever....you're in way over your head. sell some real estate, learn the business, then you'll have your own answers. the way you're going right now is scary. That's my best advise to you.

I have heard of many brokers using a program called Lonewolf. Not sure if it's Canadian based or not.
Do not try and develop an application. That is not a good idea.

you'll need to define your requirements, processes and workflow very specifically. then hire a good programmer to write the application. it will be expensive.
