NewHomeAgent08 Junior Member Registered: 10/22/08 Posts: 1 Loc: Houston TX	I work for a new home builder in Houston TX. To those who work with buyers $300k and up...what are you hearing from your clients looking to buy in terms of marketing campaigns/ideas that are working? Do they want gift cards? Do they need closing costs paid for? Do the vacation giveaways really influence their decision? What would you like to see New Home Builders offering buyers/realtors in order to increase sales?? (Besides a fat BTSA - we are already doing that!)
