I have a house I was seller-financing in Dayton. Occupants have defaulted and decamped. How's the market up there for rentals vs. seller-financing vs. just sell the fool thing to another investor?

Depends on the area. Overall the rentals are going alot faster than regular sells. Seller financing always helps of course. Investors are still buying here though. They have alot of cheap houses to choose from.
