You guys pay the $250 to join www.res.net?

My wife told me that I should setup an REO site and just charge $199 per agent. And then send the list off to banks. Wouldn't be fruad because you are actually sending it off to the bank as available agents...

She was kidding of course and trying to make a point to me... I also would never do that and I am always curious how many of these sites that charge a fee are on the up and up...

OK...thank you for the advice. I did a reverse look up on the phone number that the person called me from and it said it was a wireless phone in Anaheim CA it was a 949-466-xxxx number.

I'm going to wait it out, they gave me a deadline of 5pm pacific time today to send them the money, which I'm not sending. I have a feeling they will contact me again if I don't sign up.

I also have to pay Default school to keep my listings with Indymac...anything to recoup some of the $$ they are loosing on all of these foreclosures!!

Agents need to register on Res.Net. Metro Pacific Management has no official website,
so you will have to call or email the contacts to let them know you are available on
Res.Net for listing opportunities.
Contact the asset managers/specialists from the REO Intelligence Database frequently
so you can capitalize on future listing opportunities.
