hi, we have a note for sale on a 2 bdroom house on 2 lots located in brandon texas. the note we currently hold on it is for 325.00 per month for 15 yrs no interest rate. totals to around 50,000 left to be paid on property.. the house is valued at 27,000 not the 58,000 the property was sold for.. the buyer is current on all payments. if interested please email me
