For those who this applies to, there are some online services that will, for a fee, generate written identity theft prevention guidelines and procedures for you to make part of your office manual.

that is correct. the cheapest service i could find is $725. let me know if you see anything cheaper

Why not just copy and paste it from the Patiot Act?

Just have them write and sign a pledge: I promise I am not stealing an identity and promise not to do so in the future. ?
