Just wondering if anyone has taken the State Licensing Exam for Ohio and what you thought of it. Did you pass it the first try? Was it easier or harder than you thought? I'm getting anxious while I'm waiting for the approval letter to come back since I sent in my application to take the exam. Thanks in advance for your input!

I took it and passed on the first try. I took both portions in 1 hr and 3 minutes.

I knew the material and I was not nervous. I went in took it and hit the submit button.

What I did.

I read the question and answered. It was multiple choice with 4 answers. 2 answers are automatically ruled out by commen sense. If I had to guess it was a 50/50 choice.

The math questions. I skipped and answered C.

Know that 43560 is the square footage of an acre. Its on EVERY test and alot of the math questions are based on it, both the state and national test.

I did not review my questions or change an answer once it was answered.

I passed with 98 State/89 National.

REODayton-thank you so much for your reply! My instructor for the Real Estate classes did stress the importance of knowing the square footage of an acre. I probably should relax a bit because I did get an A for all 4 classes but the lapse in between the classes and actually taking the exam is getting to me. I have over 400 sample test questions to study from so I don't think I'll need to take a crammer-did you take one?

I got an A in all my classes as well so I was confident that I new the material. I thought about a crammer but figured it would be wasted money. I told myself if I did not pass the test on the first try, I would then take a crammer.
