I agree that would be ghastly if even 10% of the MLS agents did it - we must have several 10's of 1,000's in mine (now THAT I hate).

But, I've dealt with enough agents and buyers and some WANT to know if I come across something such as "A" or "B" before it hits the market - could I let them know - type thing. If I do, I notify them, and, I've reversed the situation with them also.

Constant Contact is a good tool to get across to your database of clients looking for properties.

They also have an opt out I believe so as to not be so spammy.

E-flyers are lame.

For one thing, e-flyers is a more economical and environmentally friendly alternative to mass printing. On the other hand, however, it's easy to discount e-flyers as simply more online spam, and the hard part would be getting people to take your ads really seriously. Either one you choose, there are pros and cons involved.

e-flyers are lame and I've got the feeling that panda 3.3 treats them as span. Don't screw with them.
