I don't believe you can leave a referral agreement open to be indefinite. You would have to include a certain period of time that the referrals through that client is good for. Most referral agreements are set up to use a standard of one year, but you can change this to whatever you want I would think. I have never heard of anyone doing an indefinite amount of time on it though. Just put 5 years or something.
