I agree with some of what grexley said. They are low on my list. Their site takes way too long to upload photos (plus I hate any site that I can only upload one at a time). I hate that it adds new fields in response to what you enter. Many times by the time the new field opens, I am 3 fields past it and it deletes the information I've typed. Their pay is below average and they have started sending exteriors due in 24 hours with no rush fee. Their volume is pretty low for me too. I haven't ever had any issues with the employees though. They always seem nice and helpful.

I've never had a QC issue with them. They are much better at reading notes/comments than some other companies.

I used to be bothered by the form too - they send me orders via telephone or email. I was working the other night on one and the website just shut down - when I emailed them to tell them I needed now an extension on the BPO their reply was, "we always shut our website down every night to clear out the forms/data etc" How crazy is that? When you have people in different time zones trying to finish work to simply, without advance notice,
shut the website down? Luckily I "Saved" ! My new system with the forms is to fill in all the spaces that don't pause & load first - I seem to move through the form faster...maybe I am wrong but I thought I cut down a 30 minute time lag from when I started doing their forms. With photos, I take front right, front left and front- some places I cannot get the "sides" and they seem to accept that....and I always do streeteast, streetwest.

After reading (lurking) these forum for 2+ years, I cannot stay silent anymore. Thanks to all of the great contributors, you have been very helpful in my BPO business. I do not take REO listings, that's why I have not posted in the past, but PCV just ticked me off. I got a call this morning just before 9am. Offers my an Interior. I ask what the fee is. Doug says "$60 that's what we have you down for. I do not remember every fee entered for every BPO company, but say OK since it's a neighboring town. He asks when I can have it done. I say it depends on the contact person, if they answer the phone, when they call back, do they have to call homeowner, if its on lockbox etc. Maybe Tues or Wed.
Doug asks if I am available to do it today. I repeat previous statement. He says that he will put it down for noon Wed. I say that's good. Then he says he has to shop around to see if he can get a better deal. UNBELIEVABLE. No call back for 2 hours, so obvoiusly somebody agreed to do it for less.

PCV at it again. Get an email. Not sure if its a blast or just for me. 24 hr rush exterior for $40. Options are accept, decline or counter. I counter for $60. I was not going in that area today. They cancelled.

I've never been offered less than $50 for an exterior and $65 for an interior from them.

PCV lowered their fees here about a year ago. It's still $50 for an exterior, but it's now $60 for an interior. What gets me, is they both have a 48 hour TAT.

You used to be able to negotiate your fee, but I got an email awhile back telling me that this wasn't possible any longer, and that it would actually be a hit on my rating to do so.

I stopped doing interiors for them when they changed their fees. I'm not going to accept $60 with a 48 TAT, when I get $20 - $40 more, with a 72 - 96 hour TAT.

Other than that, I love doing work for them, but I do hate their new Citi-SRV form.

I accepted an order a few weeks ago without reading it closely....and after accepting realized it was $50 for an INTERIOR. I immediately called them and asked for an increase. No dice. Once it's accepted, you can't ask for a change. Better believe I read things more closely now!

$50 is ludicrous, but you know how it goes... someone out there will accept them, and then we'll all be offered lower fees.

We had a huge blast last week in Detroit. I recieved about 50 BPO requests. All $50 drive bys. They won't let me accept more than 1 BPO at a time. I called them to complain and got sent to someone's voicemail. I sent e-mail and never got a response.

If they ever call you for an order tell the person who is calling and they can change it for you on the spot.
