The board has not had many new entries lately. I hope you all are out getting the business!

I went against my own rules today and met with a client on a Sunday and had to listen to the Falcons on the radio for the first three quarters.

I was busy the last several days. Out all day with a client on Friday, out most of the day yesterday doing an open house. Took clients out today (this afternoon) and they may be buying a house.

I will meet with clients on Sunday as long as it's after 1pm so that I can go to church in the AM. Though today I didn't go to church first.

On rare occasions I'll meet people in the AM on Sundays but not often. In this business many people are looking at houses when they're off work. If I'm not available surely someone else is.

I'm sitting doing orders and MSRs with my pup. We spent the day taking pics.

Worked on some content for my blog on Saturday (will be posting hopefully by Tuesday once completed). I was out the early part of the afternoon showing a few properties to client, one they are interested in purchasing & the later part of the afternoon working on a CMA for the townhome they currently own & putting up some ads on craigslist.

Been chasing a set of mooching tenants . . . they're gonna find me in small claims court if they don't get their act together pretty quick! And cleaning out a 2nd floor apt. of a gal who had cockroaches real, re-al bad. Had the place sprayed for a 2nd time and decided it was clear enough to freecycle the furniture she left behind. Gave away the kitchen table & occasional table today; the refrigerator & chest of drawers are scheduled to go in the morning. After that, I'll be negotiating to re-rent it! (have a potential tenant waiting in the wings.)

I have been busy lately.Today however was my day off and boy it was a good one!

Greene I watched the whole Falcons game and man it was one fo the nest I have ever seen to come back with 11 second sleft and kick the 48 yard field goal was crazy-it was like we won the superbowl.:)

Other than that I might be buying a new house for myself steal of a deal about 7,000 sq ft foreclosure.I also set a new record at the park for me personally running 8 miles without stopping in about 1 hour and 10 minutes.It's about an 8 and some change minute mile average.Not tearing it up but since I need to lose about 30 pounds I felt good about it.Then after that had a nice dinner at Olive Garden and I am now rumagging through the new posts.My addictions and semi-daily ritual.

This week I am going after more commercial listings and hopefully will hit gold.Not closing as much as I would like to in this Economy but doing ok.

I was so bored this weekend. I was supposed to write up an offer on a property with a buyer client, but she never called me back. I went and showed her one property that she fell in love with on Friday. She was so excited about the property, she wanted to meet me on Saturday to write the offer. The listing agent told me that they were submitting all offers to the bank (REO) on Monday, so I told my buyer that we should have it written and sent to them prior to Monday. Well, Saturday came around and no word from her, so I called her and left a voicemail. Of course I didn't get a call back or anything. I am so disappointed. This was pretty much a done deal. I knew her offer was going to be the best offer too, but I won't go into that.

Anyway, so I was super bored all weekend. Other than that, I went to a club on Saturday night and that was ok. Hopefully this coming week there will be more action.

i dont post when i am really busy... i have one settles on the 22nd and 2 of my listings i have found the buyer for and right now working those deals to go through smoothly.
