Have you tried Google Docs? It does it all and is free.

I use Microsoft Office Live for my non-real estate job. Although it allows multiple users to share and work on files, the benefit to me personally is the ability to switch computers without transferring files.

You work on the Office files in whatever program you used to create them. A simple download adds the Office Live toolbar to Excel, say, and you open and save your Office Live Excel spreadsheets from that toolbar.

I'm personally somewhat reluctant about online storage facilities. After all, we already trust information of every personal degree in our email boxes with popular providers like mns or gmail, and adding to that something somewhere storing your/my personal work-files etc...it feels a bit offhand..knowing how simple it is to compromise and get compromized online.

Just my two cents.

I have not tried it to edit but have been using it to store and host pdf for free. http://www.keepandshare.com/ I have used it to store things like floor plans that I have linked off the mls.
