Val's correct (obviously), the the Litton agents are getting buried with REOs. At one point in time AVM was burying me with BPOs. That dropped off due to QC issues. QC issues on MY end. I had made some internal changes to my operation and have suffered the consequences; The quality dropped off and the result was a decrease in BPOs. Hopefully I've rectified this and will see an increase from AVM. However, in the interim, I pay for the sins/mistakes of the past. A lesson learned; Don't fix what ain't broken.

Hi Val,

I finally got some orders from your company this week, I had e-mailed Cindy about being signed up since November and not getting any orders. Two weeks later I get orders assigned to me.

I'll PM you my contact info also, so you can keep an eye out for me, I really like this company so far.

I just did my first two orders from them, does anyone know where the orders go after you complete them on the website? I looked under "view payoffs" and it's not there. Does that mean it hasn't passed QC yet?

Thanks.

View payoffs shows you what was paid on your last check from AVM. You will not see approved BPOs show up there until they process checks for the month. For example, when I look at September's check, what I see are BPOs completed in August. I have not found a way to look at completed BPOs after they've been submitted, however, there could be a way and I'm just not savvy enough to figure it out.

Been signed up with AVM since 3/2007. Received one order in April of '07. Paid and satisfied, hope they were as well. Assume not much activity in Central VA but if there is would welcome the work.

You will not see them on the website again until the checks have been cut, which depends on when you did them. Anything done beofre the 20th of any given month will be cut the following month on the 5th & in the mail by the 10th. Anything done after the 20th will not be paid for 45 days. There is no way to currently view completed bpos. We have gone back & forth about whether or not we are going to add this feature. An ultimate decision has not been made yet.

Thanks for clearing things up. I hope they do add the feature though, it's easier to keep track of things. =)

Jack, Are you my old NRBA friend that I used to talk to all the time when I was at the Corona office?

Thanks to MadHatter for the encouragement, I reapplied in July and got approved in early August with Cindy's help. Now...I wonder when I'd be lucky enough to start receiving bpos from her...I've been waiting patiently for a month. Patience is a virtue but I think I'll also PM Val to boost up my luck smile

Got approved with AVM as well last week. I asked an AM for work at another company and he gave me 3 BPOs that nobody wanted (late Friday night rush and 2 nightmare comps) but he was happy to get rid of the headache and I was happy to get my foot in the door. The AMs I've talked to are very busy but have really been professional and accommodating.
