GRC sendout notice after notice how agent must submit expenses timely. Two weeks or wont be paid.
I call and confirm expenses have been received. Payment on received next cycle Or the next cycle Or the next Etc. etc.
GRC expects you to follow the rules, but it does not follow its own rules.
They owes another agent $18,000 going back to February. He just quit them and they still send him listings. He is fighting to get his money back from them.
GRC needs to get its house in order.

they should have one on there, email your contact and have them send you one...i know they had a glitch a while back and lost the one on the website and emailed me a new one to sign.. one thing that is curious is the master agreement does not reference the commission you are to get for being the "listing agent" on the auction properties:) but i have an email where they assured me it is SO..written proof right? we'll see, im just hoping they reimburse me the utilities and open house staffing invoices in good time.. the company im having issues with right now is CARRINGTON, big time grr with them, they owe me over $600 and we're on the 4th month of listing, these were initial trashouts/yards etc:| i made it clear i wasnt doing a thing to the property anymore until i get that money, it seems to be processed per reotrans but not mailed..SIGHHHH

To get to the MMA, you have to accept the listing first.. then the rest of the docs will show up.

It looks like the reimbursements are taking anywhere from 3-6 months. Has anyone been stiffed by GRC? Is anyone sending the reimbursements by certified mail? I submitted for rekey and initial lawn back in August and was told last week the keykey check has been cut. I haven't seen it, yet. Asset manager has been very good at communicating but the hoops that I jump through are getting a bit much. Any advice?

Got stiffed on some final utility bills because I didn't submit proof of payment. Well, the final bill took the deposit and sent me a check for the rest of the deposit balance after the bill was paid. I had a hard time making GRC understand that if I paid the deposit, I paid the final bill. I pretty much gave up as its almost impossible to get anyone on the phone in accounting unless you know their ext.
