Wow! I just completed a CFK for these guys within 24 hours of assignment. I should have known that there may be a problem when I was asked if I could front the money, and be reimbursed later. I told them that I could, but that I wouldn't, because I only do that for companies that I have worked with for some time, and that I know reimburse in a timely manner. Now the former occupant is calling me daily asking for his money, that should have been here last week per the AM. I guess I can tell this guy to not hold his breath.

GRC owes me $400. However, I usually get a check every month for invoices submitted 60 days ago. I have an auction property with them under contract.

My company did 700+ termite inspections for them from 12/07-01/08 all over southern california. all were auction properties. then i get an email saying no more termite inspections needed on future auction properties and I'm thinking "Will I ever gert paid the $49,000?" Had to resubmit several batches of invoices and eventually they overnighted a check for the $49,000 in May. It took longer than I thought it should (four + months) but finally got paid. I'd suggest keeping accurate records and keep in contact with them. Eventually they will pay. I would happily work with them again.

I have 12 properties with them now. They have been great. I have simply put my contracts for lawn care on net 30 and acted like I paid them.

If they do not pay me my contractor and I will share the expense.

Up to this point GRC has been good to me. I did not have any problems the last time I worked with them.

Oh BTW you can get them to pay your contractor directly I will not pay anything over 1000.00 I make them pay it and they do it.

Sorry can't ACT like you pay them anymore, you have to submit a credit card statement, or a copy of your cancelled check!! I have been waiting for 4+ months on reimbursements and have not received 1 penny from GRC and the property was sold back in Feb 2008, now I am owed over $2,200 with the 2nd property getting ready to sell!!! What the heck! I keep getting told that OH we had a major accounting problem blah blah blah and the checks should be coming out later this week. All this and you only get 2%..and GRC gets 1% however we are the ones paying to market the property and also fronting ALL the expenses!!!

I just closed on a property this week that the Realtors did not walk away with their commission checks. The closing was coordinated by Rels and we were told at the table that our checks (they were made out to both Brokerages for listing and selling side) would be sent to Rels who would distribute it. Don't quite understand, giving them the benefit of the doubt - but am extremely leary never had this happen before. I'm Listing Broker and will have to pay Selling Broker if checks are not in the mail. I have a few other listings where they are handling the closing and will make a business decision very quickly if i don't have check this next week.

REOGranny - it is not uncommon for me to not get paid at the closing table. Typically the commission checks are sent overnight within 24-48 hours.

I know on dry closings I don't get my check or if I wouldn't go to the closing they are mailed; but I go to all closings whether we dry close or not. This check was being returned to the company coordinating the closing which is owned by the Asset Management Company and not the Title Company at the closing table. This one is fishy the company they sent it to is out of State. Not normal situation where check is mailed.

Last 3 closings with RElS were very easy. If you read their instructions it talks about sending earnest money check to them, etc. But last was under contract and closed in 7 days. Earnest money check was deposited on 1st day, and my broker has a policy of not refunding, forwarding or even paying commission until the earnest money has been deposited 7 days or 5 business days. So I was stressed how this was going to turn out. RELS said no problem they would offset my listing commission by the earnest money(just like we do here on most transactions.) Closed on Monday with a travelling notary, had commission check in hand on Wednesday. By that time earnest money check had cleared, and everyone was happy. But in all cases funds have gone to RELS from closing

We did send EM to them but local closing company sent commissions for to them also for both sides. This is our first deal w/Rels. They didn't address commission checks in their instructions just EM; if they did we missed it. Thanks.

I just got my first listing from them on July 3 (while I was on vacation). They say it's a citi property so they have strict guidelines for me to follow. This along with a huge list of things to take care of and report back to along with doing the bpo with a min requirement of 40 photos of the property all in 3 business days.

Anyone have experience with a citi property through them? I don't want to do all this work and have it pulled from me for not jumping through the hoops fast enough.

I just closed on my first listing with them two days ago. As of now I have yet to receieve any reimbursements the first batch of which was sent mid May. The pricinig was good and contact with the asset manager was easy. The only negative thing is that they want you to have invoices submited within 30 days of service but they take their time processing and cutting you a check for them.

I asked them to reassign my listing. It was just a business decision, to much time and energy and money for the return on my investment. I have no regrets.....I got a listing this week 2 blocks away from my home. Also did my first KFC today. It's been a good month yay
