do they do bpos also?

I signed up with these folks and three weeks later received my first listing. Now if the owners would just quietly move out!

I received my first listing with them today. I did an occupancy check and behold there's someone living in the unit. Argh!

I get REO Properties for Auction from Green River. They just slammed me with 17 Properties for immediate Auction Oct 9. They give reimburstment every 15 & 30th. Only pay 1% for auctions tho

New to the game. Like freshmen; try too hard. I cut them loose. I don't need to train another new company.

Chugging right along. Have 2 REO's with them and am working with 2 separate AM's. Both are responsive and easy to work with. Reimbursements always come 1 week after they say they have been sent.

No bad comments from me.

i just got a supplemental bpo from them, an interior. they say "Once the assignment is complete you’ll receive credit for the next listing in your area."

can anyone attest to this?

It was true in my case. Got the next 2 of them.

GR is not my fav company right now. Yes they pay on time (sort of), and they used to be easy to work with, but their clients are SO high maintenance and moody, the AM's are afraid to say 'Boo'. They have neglected my listings and my requests for price reductions for 60 days and when I finally get them to agree to let me do an updated BPO, they refuse to give it to the client because they are afraid they are going to get fired.

I send them articles from industry magazines and newspapers documenting the foreclosure boom and am now documenting nearby REO's for list date and price change dates to show that I gave an accurate BPO when we listed the property and they haven't kept up.

Am I the only one having this problem with them? I'm working with 2 different AM's and they are saying the same thing.

Tell me someone else is having this problem with ridiculous requests and property babysitting for Green River...

after further review, i am going to have them re-assign this. the rep called me and told me its a mobile home in the middle of nowhere sitting on a lot of land. thats going to be impossible to comp out. no thanks.

Are they prompt with reimbursements? I have over $1500 outstanding with.

yeah they seem to be pretty good with reimburesments. they say that they cut checks 2 times a month. so far, so good.

So Late last Thursday I get notified that I am the listing agent
for a Green River Property. I stay up getting the paperwork ready
and start some initial work for my bpo before I list. Friday
morning I log back onto reo trans , poof everything is gone. Then i get a canned email,because they did not get a sucessful sale in the necesssary time they are taking their marketing another direction,WTF? less than six hours to list and sell the property. I called the asset manager and was told they made a mistake that the agent that was supposed to get it had the same first name??? Does this Stuff happen alot? If your a more experianced reo agent please chime in.
