Reimbursements depend on which lender your listing on res.net is through. Thanks for the info. -BC-

As far as reimbursements go, I have had on listed for the past 2 months and it took 60 days from the date I submitted the request until I was paid. I hope the others come sooner, as tax-time is here, and I have a lot of $$ out there waiting to find its way home! Hopefully before Christmas, too!

This has been an informative thread, and I have a question. I'm new to the listing side of the REO business and have been doing BPOs for several months for CC and EML and a few others. I recently learned of USRES while at Five Star. I signed up, received an order about a month ago. Then another last week. Then EIGHT more today. Is this the norm?

Tonight as I was working on a BPO, suddenly web site disappeared- now it is a networks solutions page with some words in Norwegian. Of course, I didn't do a save, so if it does come back up, will have to re-enter information. Did anyone else have a problem with the site today/tonight?

I can't get on it. They may have forgot to renew their domain.

I've tried to get back on to res.net on three different computers- keep getting the network solutions page, with words like "Boka Resor". Then I went to usres.com, and clicked the res.net link- same results. I had a closing today(woohoo) that I'd like to upload the last 2 bills on so I can get paid.
