I do paid BPOs for them. I did three or four freebies before I switched.

To me, doing paid USRES work is the same as doing paid FARVV work. I don't expect listings from either one.

I eventually get a lot of BPOs on properties that I have done BPO's for FARVV. You get your name out there on quality reports and it tends to stick.

Gig em, did you mean you've gotten a lot of REOs on properties you've done BPOs on for FARVV?

I have gotten two so far from FARVV BPOs, so if that's what you meant, then I agree \:\)

Has anyone else had to pay a $250 to RESNET to list and submit offers on properties for USRES. I did, luckily it was a quick seller so I got my monies worth. I was just curious.

They let me sign up for free since they gave me a listing but now that house has sold and I see that it is going to expire and they want me to pay. I'm not paying.

I paid when they offered me my first listing.

Shortly after that they offered me a second listing. One is $699,900 and pending, the other is $402,000 - so it was well worth it. \:\)

What's your take on these guys? I believe they don't pay for the BPO's, but give you reo listings.

I asked the question on a previous thread, but the thread died without a response...

I noticed the mixed reviews and I wondered if anyone paid the $250 to USRES. SAS invited me to join and I'm surprised that I have to pay the $250 for the honor. Is this new or did everyone pay?

Anyone?

Ask them if you can have 3 months free. It worked for me, when I got 3 pre listings from them. Too bad all 3 redeemed. After the 3rd redeemed, they immediately pulled my profile.

I didn't pay until they assigned me my first listing.

That first listing commission will pay for 54 more years of res.net, so I figure it was worth it \:\)

THESE GUYS ARE SOMETHING ELSE, THEY PROMISE TO GIVE YOU LISTINGS HERE AND THERE, BUT AFTER ABOUT 30 BPO'S I NOTICED THEY WOULD KEEP ON SENDING ME ORDERS, BUT NO LISTINGS. WHAT HAPPENS IS THAT IN THIS CASE THEY LET YOU KNOW UP FRONT ABOUT THIER POLICY. I DON'T KNOW IF THAT IS YOUR CASE, BUT IT WAS WITH MINE. SO AFTER ABOUT 30 OF THEM AND NO LISTINGS I DITCHED THEM.

Let see, 30 orders X $50=$1500

But you ended up getting $0

That is bad math.

I cut my losses early and ditched at 4, and those were ones that I was told were " in foreclosure" with a named lender. From what I heard, listings are given after about 10 or 12, which exceeds my tolerance.
