I actually like the PCV forms. They are straight forward, goes pretty easy, done quickly.

I liked the old system better. You had all of your sold or list comps on one page, and that meant that you were not waiting for page loads between comps.

But such is the nature of progress...

Right, cool guy- I just got an email request to sign up with these guys, but it looks, smells, tastes like a Mill for sure, anyone have any experience to the contrary? Any chance of getting a listing from them? -Renee

I like working for PCV. They are very nice, forms are easy, and they pay on time every month. No listings though. Just BPO's.

Forms are easy? I don't know if I'd agree with that. Maybe I just remember the old forms. I hate having a different page for each comp on the new forms. Give me forms like AVM, GD and CC, those are easy and clean forms.

I don't mind the new form. I guess if you do something enough, you just get used to it. I was thinking about that yesterday as I was doing numerous reports. I was thinking how when I first started working for this particular company, I HATED their form. Now, it is one of the easiest. The forms I hate are the companies I only do work for every once in a while. It is almost you have to "re-learn" their form every time you do a report.

PCV is a good company to work for. They pay quickly and have lots of work. People who work there are very nice too.

gah I would love to work for them but stupid me doesn't have that much experience! You'd think with working for over 50 companies each handing out 3/wk and doing bpos since 2007 I would have plenty experience but noooo

oh well... something for me to look forward to next year I suppose....

I don't like their form. At least they pay on time.

I think their forms are a nightmare....take forever...I recently got Qc'd over and over when I had already made changes and SAVED over and over. I finally wrote a note about it...they had a program check that said something different than the actual town tax records on how many BR the house had, for a drive by BPO...HELLO! Thought I was going crazy!
Give me CC anyday....

I used to complete BPOs for them, until one day... while I was trying to input some BPOs, their site was done. I called in to give them the headsup. Their response, they will not extend the deadline and requested that I just sit in front of the computer and keep on trying. Seriously.. Though they do pay on time. But no listings. =)

Looks like they want an appraisal for a BPo fee.
