Yes. I can't upload any photos right now without an error.

At least it's just not me... I've had issues with it all day- first it being slow, then taking one photo at a time, and now it won't upload at all. My reports have been complete but missing comp photos and now I can't submit. I am going to get up early and see if it works, otherwise they will all be late because of their system!!! Thanks for updating me.

I have started getting orders from them pretty regularly, and at first I was in agreement with the "7th circle of hell" comment, but it seems to be getting easier. I thought I was crazy last night when I totally couldn't comprehend what the red x message meant- turns out it was completely bogus and not my sleep-deprived brain! I have yet to be QC'd by them, and my first few reports have been pretty hard to comp.

I received an order today for an exterior, and one of the requirements is that the person completing the report must have at least 3 years experience in real estate (which I do), and it must state that in the report. Has anyone else seen this? Any idea why?

several companies and their clients are requiring tighter restrictions on vendors...Im guessing they are getting burned by inexperienced agents.

I have never had a QC issue with them and I've been doing orders for them for over 2 years. It's just a PITA when those red Xs come up at the end any time you are doing a subject that needs a lot of work so the as-is and as-repaired values are not similar. Since almost all of mine for them are 2nd opinion REOs, that is alomost all of my orders. I just enter a comment and move on, but it's crazy when you get 1 error because a comp is too high and then you get another error on that same comp because it is too low. I love that. \:\)

The new restrictions are good (in my opinion). So many new agents are trying to get into BPOs/REOs right now, so these companies can be (and should be) picky about who they have doing these reports. When you have someone doing the 2nd opinion on one of your REO listings, aren't you glad if they are experienced?

Agreed the forms suck! Always think I'm gonna get QC'd, because my work is usually crap, due to their forms - never happened yet, so we'll see.

They do pay fast, and will negotiate. They also assign listings. I just haven't been the lucky one yet.

Is anyone else having no luck saving data on the interior form? I keep losing all my data to an error that says something like, "Application failed to save, please press Reset..." when I either error-check or save. Then, after trying to save again and again, and I finally hit "Reset" and loose everything I've input.

I gave up, finally.

Thanks, Ditty! I thought the spinning thing was cool. I thought it meant they really had their "stuff" together and I could fly. WRONG!

My first (and probably last) order for them.

Thanks, my friend, I appreciate the encouragement and insight.

What do you think the nice people will say when there are NO comps that conform to their metrics? That's MY little wrench to throw into their works. MY little glitch for them. Yahahahahaha!

You can FLY through those canned comments. I have had as many as about 20 when working with weird properties, and have never heard from any QC rep about them. Of course, I did make the proper notes on the valuation page explaining what the deal was with everything.

I still can't save data this morning. Put a call through, left a message. Order is now on back-burner.

It does seem that you can fly through it. The form action was very comprehensive, and I was encouraged. But, at the end it just wouldn't save (or run error check) and gave me a red error message about a error in the program.
