The lot size and age difference- I understand. All the rest I tend to put the same comment about a declining market and adjusting sold comps to current date.

I was getting worried- glad it's not just me.. \:\)

on their "conflict of interest statement", is it true that you can not have a listing or a sale forever after you have the BPO with them?

Yeah, pick a comment features are maddening. Usually there's at least two that seem to mean exactly the same thing, except the wording is rearranged. And those other boxes, for condition, location, and overall. You pick something for the subject; then something for the comp. But I can never decide on the comp ones whether it means "condition" for the comp, or "condition compared to the subject." etc. The first time I did one, I checked all the boxes that seemed almost the same...and ended up with a huge addendum. I think they've changed it now so you can only pick one thing. I've never had things get dropped after they were entered.

I had a new red X comment the other day for them.

It said I used a non permitted word in my description. I thought I really messed up and made some racial comment or another terrbile thing.

So what was my non permitted word? 'income'. Apparently you cant use the word 'income'. Kinda makes it hard when the property is listed as a 'residential income' propety in my MLS.

I got dinged for using "feces" a few weeks ago. I wanted to make sure they knew what they were looking at in my photos.

It wouldn't let me use it, so I just changed it to waste and it was fine. I just wanted them to understand why my trashout costs were so high when there wasn't much trash/personal property left behind. It was the 3 bedrooms full of dog stuff. Thank goodness it was February and the heat was off! \:\)

I recently applied with this company and they called me back to send me a packet. I asked them how many agents they have in my area. The area manager at PCV told me there are only 5 agents in my entire area! That is awesome for me! I want to work with a company that sends me consistent orders. It sounds like this may be one of them soon.

What do they normally pay you guys on average for the exteriors and interiors?

I filled out the packet yesterday, and was curious why they asked if there is anyone else in my company that works for them. Don't you think they would know that better than I would? We have like 400 agents across 9 offices- pretty sure I have no idea who works for who!

LaceyF...I said no on the form...I'm with you if they really need to know, they can access their records. I also have over 400 agents in three offices.

$50 for drive bys, only $60 for interiors. This is the only company I work for that the majority of orders are interiors. The form is a PITA if the property needs a lot repairs. Pay is usually twice a month, the checks seem to be random. I have never figured out their pay schedule. Sometimes they owe me for 8-10 orders, and the check comes for one at a time. But is does come!

123sisters, the $60 interiors are for only one lender, cant remember who. I usually reject those. 90% of the interiors I get are higher, although those $60 trickle in and sometimes I dont look and accept them on accident.
