An agent called today to verify my email address, so that she could send me an application package. How long after your approved does it take to start getting orders?

I've read some pretty good posts about PCV, so I'm excited to get started.

I dont understand this question... There is no magic time frame for orders...When they have an order you will be notified along with other vendors...and be prepared to spend a couple of hours submitting your first completed order.

You're gonna love the forms! I miss the old ones, they were cake. Still I like the company even though the foms are a pita.

The new forms aren't a pita, they are a nightmare from the 7th circle of hell.

I completed an interior for them last week. The form was different, but I didn't think it was that bad.

Not that bad? I was seriously thinking of calling in the help of an Exorcist to complete an order I had from them last week. Every time I saved the form, it ate one of the comp photos. When I would try to put the comp photo back in, all the radio buttons I had already checked under comp commnets went blank. Which meant I once again had to go back and try to figure out if the comp "is located on a large lot and not in need of obvious repairs or upgrades but is located far from community amenities/shopping" or "is not in need of obvious repairs or upgrades and has attractive views and good landscaping and a reasonable distance from community amenities/shopping". That happened FIVE TIMES and by the fifth I started clicking "comment" buttons randomly and laughing maniacally at the nonsense results.....

It has quirks.. The different forms are for the different companies- I believe. I like the company- people are great. The forms just seem to lag between radio buttons. Anyone else get a pause when they click location, then again when choosing property values i/d/s?? That gets frustrating.

You do get used to the form, but my problem is that all of my orders for them are 2nd opinion REO interiors. Of course they always need a ton of work and anytime I have a big difference between the as-is value and the as-repaired value, I get all of those QC errors at the end of the report. I never choose one of their standard comments, I just type my own like "represents as-is value" or "reflects as-repaired value" and I never get orders kicked back from their actual QC department, so they must be fine. What I love is how I can get 2 warnings about a comp, 1 that it is too high and 1 that it is too low. Gotta love it! \:\)

Do you even understand the wording on the warnings that pop up at the end for valuations? Maybe its just me or the lack of sleep when I read them...

It's not just you. \:\)

Half the time they don't make any sense. Every once in a while I'll get one that is clear, like the comp's lot size is more than 2x's the subject's, but most of the time they aren't. I even called them once and asked how the same comp could be both too high and too low. The rep had no idea, so she told me "Just type something in the comment box and don't worry about it." It's bad when your own employees don't understand your system. \:\)
