So far October is very slow, wonder if the bailout plan will hold up some orders.

I am hoping things pick up! Just about anything can be better than September - Only had 15 orders! On the bright side, it made my car payment.

mama, I think we all agree with your hopeful tidings. I think they were dogging on the post that October was slow, when they were only 10-11 hours into it.

Well, It's the 7th of the month and I'm no way as busy as I was the same time last month. Normally the beginning of the month is when I get a bulk of orders. I had 30 orders due the first week of Sept. So far I've done maybe 12.

Nothing to "write home" on the Forum about here. Slow October thus far! Come on, back to work as usual. Hopefully, the election will get over with and people will not be so paranoid.

How is everyone doing with CW?

I've received way too little so far compared to most other months during this time.

I have received listings for CW but no bpos. I am getting a lot of new business, and my regulars are slow.

CW is getting busier for me. I used to do quite a few for them and then I got nothing for months. I did 10-15 for them in September and I've already done 5 or 6 this month, so hopefully I am going to get back to where I was before.

CW is absolutely dead for me. I'm not picking up enough new business to replace them. Its not good. They were a major client for me.

I did see a bulk order come in last week from a company that buys up portfolios. Maybe we'll see a pickup in business as some of the private buyers try to get in ahead of the government and cherry pick some of the better buys.
