Hi, Guys. Been a while for me, but I couldn't resist this topic. I like you know who that just gave me a big a big clear shot in the arm today at the capital. QC told me today that my report was superior than another report that was submitted. And everything was A Okay, and that was approved by the supervisor. They came back at me because my value was higher than a previous report and I stood behind mine and it came back superior.

My favorite just raised their fees to $100 ( plus 50¢ per mile) for drive-bys and $250 for interiors. They plan another 20% fee increase in 2009

I like the new Eval Soutions pay plan. They pay you in advance and let you turn the assignment in when you want. I am taking all I can get!

We all know we have them. The ones that make our lives easy and the ones that make our lives difficult but which one is your favorite. Right now mine in Suntrust. I have gotten 3 listings in 3 weeks and they are all simple and smooth to deal with. I have had not trouble with them. I have not done any BPOs just straight REO listings. Of course, the best part 3% listings for listing agents Hmm... Well I'll have something to look forward to in 2 years then..

ON Eval, you can ask to be paid thru PAYPAL first before you do your BPO. The BEST!!!
