I never look in my spam folder more than once a week. Then it's just to delete all.

Today for some reason I decided to scroll through some of the 2000 messages and found a CUSTOMER CONTACT on page 3! It probably got spammed because it started with "Greetings!"

The lead was two days old, but I replied anyway - hopefully they haven't moved on to someone else.

Anyway - it's a good idea to skim it once or twice a day - you never know what might slip in there.

I try to check my spam just in case there's something I need in there. One time there was a BPO order from a company that I had not worked with in the past.

I didn't notice it for about two weeks!!! Of course, it was too late by then, and I sent an email to apologize for missing it.

I have not received an order from that company since. Can't imagine why.

But ironically I got the same address for a different company a few weeks later.

I have been hit hard with Nigerian scam emails as of late. I would like a program that could send back a email saying the address does not exist on this server. That would be a cool program.
