If you reference my post - I only wished for you to share your knowledge of KCC.

If you wish you can add your knowledge along with that of many other REO & BPO experts here - I think you'll find the number of them here impressive.

Just in case you did not read the rules here - we don't even allow posters to ask for hand outs - none asked for from me.

Welcome John - to share your knowledge of KCC - you don't have to give away your trade secrets. wink

Johnny Boy,

You clearly are unaware of how Kondaur works. "Tough times riddled with foreclosures"?
What do you think their listings are?
They purchase defaulted paper and either have the owner refi or they take it to trustee's sale and it becomes Real Estate Owned (REO). I'm bringing you back to the basics boy. 15 years? Please.

By the way, for those who are unfamiliar with Southern California, this newbie says he covers from the beaches of San Clemente, to the Nevada and Arizona borders.

You must be a world wide top producer in your company.

I have worked with Sean at Kondaur Capital and it was great. I have been ask to do 2 other bpo's for other managers and have not heard back from them, but for the experience I have had with Sean it was fantastic. The commission was great and he handled every problem. We closed without any delays.
I do agree that if we do a free bpo for them we should get the listing.

We have been working with Kondaur Capital for approximately four months. We have had a very positive experience. The asset managers take our phone calls, respond quickly and keep the lines of communication open. They are quick to reimburse on expenditures too! They are open to our pricing and selling listings quick. It is great to work with them- we just want more work!

Its a bit suspect that the three positive posts about this company are both junior members with less than 5 post under their belt. SUSPECT!

I have been contacted by them and did one free CMA, am willing to give one a try to what may be a legitimate company. However no listing as of yet.

they tried me 3 times, when i said no , they kept fighting with me to say yes, no one who has something (a listing) has to fight to get someone to take it.... these guys are a fraud.

I was contacted by Sean at Kondaur who asked for information on comps since I had a listing in the same area. I did put in some work up front, and was not promised or guaranteed the listing, but I figured if they were fair and recognized my work ethic the chances were good that I would get it. I ended up getting the listing, and the entire process was handled professionally.

This was a positive experience, the listing was priced aggressively to sell fast, they paid a generous commission and I got reimbursed promptly for some minor property management related expenditures. Had a smooth closing and I look forward to working with Kondaur again.

I too checked them out online, and did not see anything negative, and saw that the principals of the company are reputable.
