No, I didn't but it is not surprising with the cultural differences between us and them. Our american insurance executives go to exclusive spas and all. Quite a variance huh. I did read on Bloomberg the EC bankers are considering shutting down the international system for as long as it takes to rewrite the international monetary policy from Bretton Woods to an updated and current agreement.
